Jessica’s theory is that the mind has two faculties: thinking and intuiting. Thinking is the outbound, projective or talking mind whereas intuiting is the inbound, receptive or listening mind. Although both can be fostered, the current social mindset encourages projective thinking (a.k.a. logical thought) while disregarding intuition. This does not make intuition go away, but rather simply suppresses it... pushing it into the subconscious. Jessica believes anyone can access their intuition and that a keystone is learning to relax and understand the mind.
