class basics

  • Classes are nonsequential; drop-ins are welcome anytime.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before class time.
  • Tell the teacher about any injuries.
  • Wear layered clothes (as the sequence may be warming or cooling in nature).
  • LEVELS

    Level 1For beginners. These classes emphasize building a solid foundation.
    Level 2For those with some experience. The basic poses are refined and a wider range of asanas are explored. Pranayama is introduced.
    Level 3For students with 2 years of on-going practice. Headstand and shoulderstand are held for longer timings.
