class basics
Classes are nonsequential; drop-ins are welcome anytime.
Arrive 10 minutes before class time.
Tell the teacher about any injuries.
Wear layered clothes (as the sequence may be warming or cooling in nature).
LEVELS
| Level 1 | For beginners. These classes emphasize building a solid foundation. |
| Level 2 | For those with some experience. The basic poses are refined and a wider range of asanas are explored. Pranayama is introduced. |
| Level 3 | For students with 2 years of on-going practice. Headstand and shoulderstand are held for longer timings. |
